At Pout & Pink, every piece of jewellery is packed with a lot of love and inspected before it leaves us. 💕

All jewellery sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the delicate nature of our products.

Exception — Damaged Items Only If your order arrives damaged, we've got you covered! Here's what to do:

• Record an unboxing video when opening your package
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with the video and your order number
• Reach us at hello@poutandpink.com

Once we review, we will send a replacement or refund.
